全国销售经理（民用漆） 职责: 1．此职位将全面负责全国(华东/京津地区/华南/华西/港澳地区)民用漆的销售； 2. 全面负责制定并实施市场推广计划； 3．完成公司下达的年度销售目标 4. 负责指导属下销售主管完成销售业绩及市场推广。 此职位工作地点：东莞。需出差全国及港澳地区。 Title: National Sales Manager Responsibilities: 1. To be in charge of Deco.sales across China (mainly in East China, Beijing & Tianjing, South China , West China，Hong Kong & Macao) 2. To be responsible for planning and fulfilling sales program 3. To accomplish the annual sales target pre-set by the company 4. To manage the sales supervisor to achieve the sales targets.

要求: 1. 大学本科以上学历,化工专业优先考虑 2. 具有5~8年以上油漆行业销售和市场推广经验； 3. 能吃苦耐劳, 具备良好的敬业精神、稳定的心理素质和百折不饶的毅力. 4. 性格开朗、积极进取，具备良好的销售素质、能力 5. 良好的英文口头及文字表达能力，擅于与人沟通和良好的团队合作精神 6. 有较强的管理经验和管理能力 Requirements. 1. Bachelor Degree at least , Major in chemical engineering preferred 2. More than 5-8 years experience in paints sales and marketing, experience in Deco sales. 3. Being hard-working and industrious, and possessing stable mentality and willpower of never given-up 4. Being open and optimistic, highly self-motivated and result-oriented 5. Being good at oral and written English, team-spirit and communication both internally and externally 6. Experience in management 备注：此职位向中国区业务总监汇报； 薪资范围：RMB 20K~30K/month（含销售提成）
