Be proactive in flowing orders through the supply chain. " Maintain approved specifications and supplier lists for all quality critical raw materials. " Initiate and drive materials/utilities usage improvement programs within the plant. " With plant's Operations Management, monitor supplier performance and quality and be the liaison between PF and the suppliers for Total Quality. " Maintain liaison with Sector Materials Management for use of negotiated, Corporate Wide Purchase Agreements, and for guidance/information on current market information relating to pricing and supply and demand for key raw materials. " Identify and develop and implement action plans for materials management related cost saving opportunities. " Develop appropriate metrics to monitor supplier performance and cost saving projects. " Develop AOP of sales forecast/plan and production plan, update this plan monthly and weekly. " Drive production plan to meet the sales and customers' need. " Improve the overall quality level of logistic related to product quality and customer satisfactory. " Maintain liaison with Sector for transportation and logistics as well as customs/duties issues. " Develop appropriate metrics to monitor logistic supplier performance and cost saving projects. " Lead and involve plant inventory control initiatives.
