Job Description/Main Responsibilities: - Implementation of a customer order based on new projects and modification projects for plastic systems - Responsibility of the process from incoming order to project handover to the producing department after approval by customers - Leading and coordination of project team - Monitoring of the time line und budget, controlling of the projects - Achievement of targets - Contact Person for customers on all project-related issues such as time line, cost, technical problems etc. - Active communication with customers - Obtaining approval by customers - Perform self-check on the quality and quantity

Candidate Profile: - Education in plastic engineering or mechanical engineering - At least 5 years of job experience in a plastic production company - At least 3 years' experience in Qualification processing (DG, IQ, OQ and PQ) of mold and automate - Experience in medical field is preferred - Good communication skills and customer orientation - Leadership experience - Fluent English skills in spoken and written
