NPD Manager will be responsible to manage (with high independence) medium complexity to high complexity projects related to R&D areas referring to P&T Department (Product, Process and Packaging Development and Legal/Export issues). He/She will have direct organizational responsibilities such as R&D Assistant Manager, PM Engineer and Export/Legal assistance, and will therefore interact transversally with the whole P&T Department Team. Due to his / her position, NPD Manager will be assigned to be member of various Teams and Working Groups. His / her responsibilities will be strictly related to Shenzhen Plant. This new position will add value to P&T and to overall Organization, increasing Technological and Managerial level of P&T.
