1. Bachelor Degree or above; 2. Work experience: 3+ year weaving production or related, familiar with the polyester yarn, industry fabric weaving technology. 3. Have experience run air jet and rapier loom. 4. Management experience : 2+ year management experience and good team work. Prefer in multinational manufacturing environment; 5. Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint; 6. Excellent written & oral English; 7. Result-oriented and teamwork concept; 8. Strong self-responsibility, willing to learn; 9. Able to work under pressure and independently;
