? Job Objectives 职位目标
Responsible for recruitment activities
Responsible for training activities
Responsible for maintain relationship between management team and employees
? Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Be responsible for annual staffing plan making and execution to satisfy business development needs
Be responsible for staffing process management and reporting
Maintain and develop hiring channels
In charge of employee in/out procedures
Investigate and analyze root causes of employee voluntarily leaves, provide suggestions to HR Manager and management team
Assist in new employee orientation
Be responsible for training and employee activities
Other tasks/projects assigned by manager
年度招聘计划制定并实施招聘活动以满足业务需求
维护和拓展招聘渠道
负责员工入职离职适宜
负责员工培训及员工活动
直接主管委派的其他工作
招聘要求
? Job Requirements 职位要求
1. Education教育背景: College degree preferably in English, Education, Management or Psychology, bachlor degree is preferred
大专及以上学历,英语,管理或心理类专业
2. Language语言: Good command of oral & written English良好的英语读些能力
3. IT & other skills:
计算机及其他技能 Good Microsoft skills & presentation
4. Working Experience 工作经历:
- Must Have
必须具备 At least 2 years HR experience
Having recruitment working experience
2年以上人力资源经验
