Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor---家电售后服务主管
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Location: Guangzhou
I. Prime Responsibility
· Supervise service providers in order to ensure high quality.
· Give technical seminars e-communications systems and service procedures to service providers.
· Collect market product quality data to help improve the quality and make service cost reduced.
· Perform periodical market inspections on work quality and spare parts integrity.
· Provide technical support to the service network when needed.
· Participate and assists sales colleagues to commercial proposal to customers
· Others assigned.
II. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- College or above with good English and computer skill

- 5+ years’ customer service working experience in home appliances field.
- Good service consciousness with customer oriented.
- Good analytical & numerical skills and capable of finding potential problems
- Good skills in communication and cooperation with team member
